This artefact clearly identifies my strong sense of duty of care and ethical requirements in my role as teacher and my successful teaching strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning (1.1). It states that I apply my strong knowledge of the content and teaching strategies of the teaching area to develop engaging teaching activities (2.1) and comments on my ability to design and implement learning and teaching programs using knowledge of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements through sequential learning plans and implement new assessment and feedback mechanisms (2.3) as well as evaluate programs (3.6). In the capacity of Dramaturg for the college production of 'And Then There Were None' I was able to use my excellent interpersonal skills and community contacts to strengthen the work and the associated learning. This is due to my heavy involvement and participation in continuous learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school and/or system priorities, through my considered and active participation in professional and community networks and forums to broaden knowledge and improve practice.
